**TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/DELTA

**English native speaker

**MUST have international teaching experience

**2 years teaching experience in university/college is desirable

Job descriptions:

– To prepare lesson plans, exercises and tests.

– To test, evaluate and counsel the student regarding his/her classroom performance.

– To maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning.

– To co-ordinate instruction, attendance records and evaluation with other teachers.

– To be willing to observe for purposes of professional development and to be observed in all facets of the programmes.

– To participate in administrative meetings and professional development activities.

– To participate in the employee evaluation process (classroom observations and follow-up discussions and the performance appraisal process).

– To develop and /or refine teaching materials at the local level.

– To participate in activities during the instructor’s scheduled class hours and when requested, to disseminate information about after-class activities

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:

Minimum Qualification Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a TEFL / DELTA / CELTA / ESOL or equivalent

Experience:

2 Years

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)

Must be a native speaker of English

Prefer candidates with international experience

Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted

Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted

Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary from 8,000 up to 10,000  MYR (Malaysian Ringgit)per month based on experience and qualification, 10-25 % Tax is applied

Housing:

Housing allowance of Included in the salary   MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) provided

Medical:

State/Public medical provided

Flights:

Flight(s) provided

Bereavement Leave:

Bereavement leave given
